Inner dialogue "The I's"

People have multiple facets in themselves and show them at different times. Often we only show some parts of ourselves which we find pleasant. Other parts of ourselves have to 'work harder' to get attention. It can add real value to give these voices a chance to speak.

This intervention is a method to get in conversation with these voices, to control them and get the best out of yourself.
