In dialogue with 40 young potentials about culture, core values and leadership

Our customer is in the middle of a transformation to become an agile organisation. To support this transformation, we have approached 40 young potentials to think along about the company's culture and leadership. During an interactive 24-hour session on an exclusive location in nature we have identified where the company is today and where its future lies.


Collectively we formulated a new set of inspiring core values and associated leadership style. The output of this inspiring session has been used as input for the board and top 40.


The desired culture and leadership style can be successfully anchored in the organisation by mobilising the thinking power of both the current and the future generation of leadership.
