Towards an open feedback culture

An international law firm wants to strengthen its open feedback culture. To reinforce this cultural change we developed a feedback workshop and rolled it out in the organisation. 


All practice groups and business service teams were invited to the workshop.  Experienced partners, managers and younger employees started the dialogue on this theme. Participants became more aware of the value of constructive feedback to consequently start these conversations with concrete handles, insights and confidence.
